Phil is a qualified adviser at BSR Financial Advisers with over 20 years’ experience in banking, financial services and financial planning. He has been a financial adviser since 2000, working for Westpac Financial Planning, Genesys Wealth Advisers and Magnitude Group prior to Harbour Financial Group in 2019. He partnered with Enhance Financial Partners in July 2019 to create Harbour Financial Group Pty Ltd.
Phil enjoys building relationships and guiding his financial planning clients to achieve their most important financial goals. Phil loves to take the worry out of investment decisions and uses plain language to convey his message providing his clients with financial clarity.
In late 2013 Phil and his partner launched a new specialist division of their business, Sydney Aged Care Financial Advisers,to help people with the growing need for aged care advice.

Michael Johnson

Michael joined BSR Financial Advisers in July 2009 and became a Partner in 2016. Michael’s experience spans from Private Client Advice in non-bank financial planning firms. He enjoys the individual relationships that develop in these organisations.
Michael is a natural ‘problem-solver’ with a deep technical knowledge of financial planning that he uses to great effect for BSR clients. Over the five years since Michael has joined BSR he has developed a specialisation in aged care advice which fits well with the new business of Sydney Aged Care Financial Advisers.
Michael loves the challenge of crafting financial strategies that take clients to the next level.
